Hagrid's Flying Motorbike™ Mini Model with Sidecar, from the Ugears Harry Potter™ collection, is a miniature copy of the flying motorbike that Sirius Black, Harry Potter's godfather, lent to Rubeus Hagrid to deliver the newly-orphaned infant Harry to the Dursley home. Sixteen years later Hagrid retrieved Harry from the same address just before Harry's protection spell wore off, only this time the teenage wizard rode in a sidecar.
Sirius Black loved motorcycles and so do we! The Flying Motorbike™ from the Harry Potter™ universe has a steering wheel that can be turned, spinning wheels with scalloped rims that produce a satisfying rumbling sound when the bike is pushed over a surface, and a detachable open sidecar, for bringing a friend along on your adventures! Adding a touch of realism, the rear license plate reads "GDO 558" as seen in the film "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One," when Hagrid and Harry fight off a squadron of Death Eaters, and You-Know-Who.
The DIY motorbike model is made of attractive art-quality composite wood and powered by imagination. Set it in motion simply by rolling the bike along a smooth, flat surface, or lift it through the air and pretend you are tasked with rescuing a young wizard. This is an "Easy" level model with only 130 pieces, so even beginner modelers can assemble it in under an hour. Like all Ugears models, no glue or special tools are required for assembly—just snap the pieces together following the illustrated instructions that come with the kit (instructions are in English, German, Ukrainian, French, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Korean).
Hagrid's Flying Motorbike™ Mini Model with Sidecar is the first mini model in the Ugears Harry Potter™ collection, and will make a great little gift for any Harry Potter fans in your life. What child (or grown-up child) wouldn't love to build and display this beautiful DIY motorbike? More than just a static model, this magical motorbike is a delightful toy, ready for imaginative adventures!
