Under the open shirt he wears a ripped neck off-white tank top. Red fingerless gloves are worn on each hand, as bandages wrap up his arms. A sly smirk is printed on Billy's face, under rueful eyes and lush pushed-back blonde hair. Inside this plush is a soundbox, squeeze him to hear what he has to say!
